This tool is AMAZING!!! I've wasted so much time over the years bringing images into Word and overlaying text boxes to accomplish what this tool does SO easily. Thank You! One suggestion: when I click on a document page on the left side of the screen, it would be great if that page opened roughly where I clicked. That is, if I click on the bottom of the page image on the left, it would be great if the page opened with the bottom showing, rather than having to scroll down to the bottom. This would make it the same as Acrobat.

Very limited use so far. Can't figure out how to select another form, either of the same type just completed or a different form without going back to the start page manually. Otherwise so far so good.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Specific and measurable objectives that are achievable, relevant and time-bound (otherwise known as SMART goals). Pips usually last 30, 60 or 90 days, depending on how long it would reasonably take to improve the specific issue.
If you want to survive a performance improvement plan, you must first understand it. Make sure that the plan is extremely specific, that it provides the metrics by which you will be judged and the timeline in which you have to prove yourself. Don't sign off on it until you are sure you understand the rules.
During implementation of the plan, complete the Summary of Meeting to Review Plan each time you and the employee meet to discuss progress toward the outcomes. If you meet on more than four occasions, please use an additional form. It is permissible to extend the plan for up to a total of 90 work days.
Although a Pip is often presented as a tool to assist you in your performance, you should be under no illusions about its secondary purpose. If you don't improve, it will give your employer evidence that they have followed correct procedure, otherwise they may be at risk of a claim for unfair dismissal.
Is a PIP a disciplinary step? The PIP itself is not considered a disciplinary step, but rather an opportunity for an employee and their supervisor to work together to address significant concerns regarding an employee's performance.
A performance improvement plan is also referred to as a PIP and an alternative name is a performance action plan. PIP is an HR leverage tool that outlines specific steps for the employee to take to improve and goals for them to work towards.
If you don't sign the PIP, they can fire you and claim insubordination (likely much more quickly), which is going to be much more difficult for you to defend against in any court of law or unemployment hearing and could affect your unemployment benefits.
State the exact performance that must be improved; be specific and cite examples. State the level of the work performance expectation and that it must be performed on a consistent basis. Identify and specify the support and resources that you will provide to assist the employee to succeed.
A performance improvement plan is a formal document stating any recurring performance issues along with goals that an employee needs to achieve in order to regain good standing at the company (usually with a specific timeline to complete the plan).
A performance improvement plan is to be used when there is a genuine interest and belief that the employee's performance will improve. When your department or company's direction has changed and the employee's competencies are significantly misaligned with the new job requirements.
First, breathe. Seriously, just breathe. Do not make any major decisions about anything right now. Accept your emotions. Identify your negative thoughts. Write your PIP Mission Statement. Tell trusted others. Engage stress reduction tools. Practice emotion shifts.
