I liked that I can type in the blanks for documents , but I only needed it once and I didn't really didn't understand the price I though got it was $6 a month not $72. But the understanding of customer service was great I'm glad I'll be getting my refund. Thank you again. It's a ok service maybe for a business not personal use

I really like working with the filler although there could be better control in the editing. I believe it could be more intuitive as to the fields which are potentially fillable and place the cursor within those lines automatically. It is fussy to try to line it all up.

Most contracts can be either written or oral and still be legally enforceable, but some agreements must be in writing in order to be binding. However, oral contracts are very difficult to enforce because there's no clear record of the offer, consideration, and acceptance.
Get it in writing. Keep it simple. Deal with the right person. Identify each party correctly. Spell out all of the details. Specify payment obligations. Agree on circumstances that terminate the contract.
In contract law, a simple contract is a contract made orally or in writing, rather than a contract made under seal.
A legally binding contract is a contract agreement that is valid under state and federal contract laws. Legally binding means that the parties must obey the terms written in the contract and perform their contract duties as stated. Failure to do so may result in legal consequences, such as a damages award.
All parties must agree about an offer made by one party and accepted by the other. Something of value must be exchanged for something else of value. This can include goods, cash, services, or a pledge to exchange these items.
Once the fundamental elements of offer, acceptance, consideration, intention to be legally bound and capacity exist, a series of legal consequences arise as part of the contractual relationship.
A contract is a promise or set of promises that the law will enforce. Such promises must be between different people; you can't contract with yourself. So long as the requirements are met by each of the parties they will be legally bound by their promises.
Four elements of a valid contract are: Legal requirements of formation of a contract are: 1) Offer, 2) Acceptance, 3) Agreement, and 4) Consideration. To be enforceable in the court of law the following also must be present in a valid contract: 1.
Saying a contract is valid means it's legally binding and enforceable. Either way, a contract must include the following: parties capable of contracting, consent of the parties, a lawful object, and consideration. Parties. Anyone can enter into a contract, except minors, certain felons and people of unsound mind.
Generally speaking, yes, a contract can be legally binding without a solicitor. At its heart a contract is simply an agreement where someone has made an offer and another accepts it voluntarily. The main thing for a contract to be valid is that everyone must bring a 'consideration' — that is something of value.
A legitimate terms of service agreement is legally binding between the parties who agree to it. However, there are a few things that can make terms of service agreements unenforceable. The way a terms of service agreement is presented to customers also plays a role in how enforceable it is.
