Overall easy to use, however, there are instances where the edits on the pdf become warped, other times its difficult to remove words or characters. There should be a save option versus a Save As, as that navigates you to another screen. Or have an auto save option. Overall good program but still has small defects.

Nothing Particular other than finding out the particular IRS forms I expected to print from the IRS wasn't acceptable to download and print, and I had to purchase them when you advertise free IRS forms.

California law requires that a Notice of Right to Cancel be given at the time you sign the contract; if it is not, then the have the right to cancel the contract at any time -- even if the work has been completed -- up to three days after the Notice has been given to the homeowner.
In order to cancel the transaction, the consumer must send the notice of cancellation form, or some other written statement indicating the intent to cancel the contract, to the creditor at the address stated on the notice. This notice need only state the consumer's intention to cancel the transaction.
Three days can turn into three years or more if the contractor does not use the right forms or give the right warnings in their forms. If you cancel your contract, the contractor has to refund all money you paid within ten business days, and remove all liens that were filed.

Most bathroom remodeling projects usually include some form of expansion.
Renovation (also called remodeling) is the process of improving a broken, damaged, or outdated structure. Renovations are typically either commercial or residential. Additionally, renovation can refer to making something new, or bringing something back to life and can apply in social contexts.

According to the Consumer Protection act, if the contractor is more than 30 days late past the original promised date, the deposit then does become refundable. However, if the customer agrees to an extension of the scheduled start date, the deposit is no longer refundable, period.
Contractors cannot ask for a deposit of more than 10 percent of the total cost of the job or $1,000, whichever is less. * (This applies to any home improvement project, including swimming pools.) Stick to your schedule of payments and don't let payments get ahead of the completed work.
A quote (or quotation) is not a binding contract. Contract law says that a quote is not considered an offer and only acceptance of offers makes for a legally binding contract, according to Cornell Law School.
The key difference is that a contract is legally binding. It's a legal agreement between freelancer and client, which is often expected by both parties before any work begins. A project contract often contains very similar information to a project quote.
A quotation is a fixed price offer that can't be changed once accepted by the customer. You can also specify in the quotation precisely what it covers, and that variations outside this will be subject to additional charges. An estimate is an educated guess at what a job may cost — but it isn't binding.
When it's not possible to work from a standard price list, you have to give a quotation or an estimate instead. The main difference between a quotation and an estimate is that: a quotation is an agreed fixed price. An estimate is approximate price that may change.
