i love the user experience but it is a little difficult to tell where the writing will show up on the lines once I save to PDF and send to clients. also, if the lines are close together it is hard to tell if your letters will get cut off. but overall its a great product going to try to use online and see how that works.

Progress Notes are the part of a medical record where healthcare professionals record details to document a patient's clinical status or achievements during the course of a hospitalization or over the course of outpatient care.
Progress notes are part of the client's record that provide details about the client such as diagnosis and assessment, symptoms, treatment and progress towards treatment goals. They follow a standard format (e.g., SOAP, BIRD, etc.) and ARE included as part of the client's record.

Progress Note frequency is determined by the condition of the patient, but notes are to be recorded at least weekly for the first eight weeks and at least once a month thereafter and when any significant events or changes occur in the course of the patient's treatment.

How often you ask patients to fill out a new form should depend on the patient. Common sense dictates that patients who have complicated medical histories need complete updating more often than average healthy adults. A three-year rule for new forms is not unreasonable.
Medical histories should be updated at the start of each subsequent Course of Treatment (Cot) and, ideally, signed by the patient and performer at each update.
