I have to tell my dr. to use this. Tired of his hand-printed & copied over & over stuff & can fax it immediately since he snail mails everything. Highly recommend to anyone who can use all the features. Added plus is that it's so easy to use. It eliminates paper, toner and postage and well worth the price for anyone who needs all the bells & whistles (which he does!!). Thank you, PDFfiller !!

It has worked fairly well so far. I would like to be able to change, or add to the saved names of the files that I make instead of the generic names PDFfiller gives them. If that is possible, I can't see how.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
How Do You Ask? Ask for something specific instead of saying, We'd like you to donate something from your store. Ask for a specific item you think will sell well. Say, We'd like a Smoker to include in our men's section of the auction. Ask for $100 or $250 item and many people will say yes.
Assess whether auction supply companies are right for you. Focus on fun activities. Acquire consumable in-kind donations if possible. Don't forget big ticket auction items. Conclusion.
Item display sheets. For items that are not present, or do not have a physical display (i.e. certificates, trips, gift cards), framed item display sheets should be used to inform your guests that these items are available in the auction. Tiered items. Eye level. Catchy/concise item descriptions.
During a silent auction, bids are written on a sheet of paper that is commonly placed before or next to the item. At the predetermined end of the auction, the highest listed bidder wins the item. This auction is often used in charity events, with many items auctioned simultaneously and “closed" at a common finish time.
Donated Items: For donated items, the starting bid should be 30% of the fair market value (FMV) of the item. For example, if an item's fair market value is $100, you should start bidding at $30. Consignment Items: For consignment items, bidding should start at 10% above the cost of the item to the charity.
Claire notes that the good news is that Silent auctions can be a great way to increase event revenue and entertain your guests. They are likely to be most successful, suggests Claire, when viewed as a primary form of entertainment for the guests. And it even depresses further donations from auction item donors.
Display All Information Upfront. Click to Enlarge. Create a Shopping Experience. Think of your silent auction as a shopping experience for your guests. Provide Adequate Space. When setting up auction items for a silent auction, don't clutter the tables.
Donated Items: For donated items, the starting bid should be 30% of the fair market value (FMV) of the item. For example, if an item's fair market value is $100, you should start bidding at $30. Consignment Items: For consignment items, bidding should start at 10% above the cost of the item to the charity.
You've got some really fantastic items for your auction this year how are you going to entice your guests to bid on them? Create a Template. Grab Attention With a Bold Title. Use Power Words for Greater Impact. List Features With Bullet Points. Entice Your Guests With Photos. Coordinate Your Bid Sheets.
Focus on your best silent auction items. Avoid too much cellophane in silent auction packaging. Don't over-bundle your standalone auction items. Have purpose with your silent auction packaging. Create a dazzling auction item display.
Choose a vendor. Solicit goods. Decide when enough is enough. Collect or take photos. Determine fair market values. Set starting bid amounts. Let people know about the auction. Present goods in an attractive light to bidders.
As a general rule of thumb, you should have no more than one item for every two people at your event. By building silent auction packages, instead of putting out single items, you can reduce the number of lots in your silent auction. But, don't panic if you are slightly over.
