I do like the ease of use as this is the first time I have used a PDF application. I have just started using Adobe and unfortunately I think I like that better. Not positive yet.

I needed to print but had to wait to get ink for printer. Two days later I couldn't find the document to print and one of the Reps from your company helped me find the documents and I was able to print them. Thank you.

Generally, the person you choose to witness a document should have no financial or other interest in an agreement. A neutral third party is someone not related to either party and who does not benefit from the document. A witness does not have to read the document, but they must be present when it is signed.
A party to a deed cannot be a witness to another signature to that deed. Legislation does not prohibit a signatory's spouse, cohabited or civil partner from acting as a witness, and it is also generally acceptable for an employee of a party to witness that party's signature.
a member of your family; under 18; named elsewhere in the document (other than as a witness to someone else's signature); named elsewhere in the other documents connected with your document (other than as a witness to someone else's signature);
A witness is brought in during the signing of a document to physically observe the parties sign it. Witnesses should be able to confirm the identity of both parties. They then sign the document as a witness to confirm that they saw each party sign.
if the document is to be executed as a deed; if a wet-ink signature needs to be filed for example, where a stock transfer form is used, an original signed form must be sent to HMRC for stamping; if a provision in the document itself prevents the use of an electronic signature; if the document needs to be notarised.
A signature witness must be an adult, over the age of 18. She should be of sound mind, not under the influence of drugs and not be a party to the document or have any financial interest in it.
Not all signatures to documents need to be witnessed. However, if you have a legal document such as a mortgage or a Will the chances are that you will want a witness to attest to your signature. A loan agreement is a contract between a borrower and a lender which regulates the mutual promises made by each party. Loan agreements are usually in written form, but there is no legal reason why a loan agreement cannot be a purely oral contract (although oral agreements are more difficult to enforce).
Loan agreements are binding contracts between two or more parties to formalize a loan process. Loan agreements typically include covenants, value of collateral involved, guarantees, interest rate terms and the duration over which it must be repaid.
