Right-click on the highlighted data and click “Export Selection As”, a window will open asking where you want to save the file. Before you save it, change the dropdown menu to XLSX (or whichever excel variant you want) and it should maintain all the original formatting in a fresh Excel file for you.
Inserting a PDF Into Excel. In the Excel file, head over to the Insert tab and then click the Object button. In the Object window that appears, switch to the Creation from File tab and then click Browse. Browse to the location of your file, select the file, and then click Open.
Choose File> Export> Export Multiple Files. Click the Add Files button at the top of the window and locate your source PDFs. The Output Options window appears: Click Browse to select a folder for the Excel output. If desired, add a prefix or suffix to the filename. Click OK.
