What do you like best?
The upside is that it's very efficient and expedites completing forms effectively. I have used other software and didn't find them to be easy to navigate or efficient.
What do you dislike?
The downside is that sometimes the text doesn't align when filling in forms I have to complete from other service industries. Also, when PDFfiller is the default PDF it does not print without having to refresh several times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software is really good and does make my administrative work easier and less tedious. There are some quirks but when I have experienced them, the support received was expedient and exceeded my expectations.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It has really helped me to complete the necessary documents in a timely manner when there are no glitches. I love the easy access to my documents when completed.

Very Easy to use and meet the needs that I had for documents able to make changes on a PDF and electronic sign them as well. Thank you for that ease of use. Ease of use I have a lot of documents in PDF format and they need to be completed by myself before sending for signatures and this helps me make that possible. Printing completed documents, I have to save them first and then find the ones that I have just amended to print

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has reversed its position requiring Medicare Advantage plans (MA) to apply Medicare Fee-for-Service face-to-face certification requirements to home health services.
The final rule requires physicians to document face-to-face encounters with Medicaid fee-for-service patients within certain time frames when initially ordering home health services and certain related medical supplies and equipment. All Medicaid plans were required to implement the new requirements as of July 1.
A: A discharge summary or discharge plan from an allowed NPP or physician who cared for the patient in an acute or post-acute facility can serve as the face-to-face physician encounter documentation as long as it includes the signature of the certifying physician and the required content.
Physical should clearly document the discharge Dx, course of medicine/treatment and any other exam if he has performed on the day of discharge. Performing a physical examination is not mandatory. The code also does not require any PE points to count for a particular level of PE.
The Affordable Care Act (ACA) established a face-to-face encounter requirement for certification of eligibility for Medicare home health services, by requiring the certifying physician to document that he or she, or a non-physician practitioner working with the physician, has seen the patient.
A NPP may perform qualifying face to face encounter, must document and communicate findings from their counter to the qualified certifying physician. The qualified certifying physician must then sign & date home health qualifying encounter certification documentation.
