Can you set up notifications in Google Sheets?

You can only set up notifications for yourself. You won't get notifications when you make changes on your spreadsheet, but you'll get notifications when others make changes. On your computer, open a spreadsheet in Google Sheets. At the top, click Tools > Notification rules.

Can Google Docs send alerts?

Important note: This feature is only available in Google Docs spreadsheets and not in the documents and slides. Navigate to Tools → Notification rules. Note: Email notifications are sent only to the address tied in with the Google Docs account. No additional addresses can be included in notification emails.

Can you see if someone makes a copy of your Google Doc?
