While easy to use, plenty of features and very helpful for my needs, even with the follow-along snap menu to the right, it is simply not an intuitive dashboard..

Overall the format is excellent -- the clearest, fastest and most accessible set of URL instructions I've ever used -- EXCEPT haven't yer succeeded in getting a doc e-signed! Maybe we were missing a step. The doc got e-sent to the signer, but all he ever got was the sample doc to fill out -- but it wouldn't let him fill it out. and just kept popping up the sample doc. Even tho ' it side we'd successfully down loaded the doc - but it appears it kept downloading the same sample doc and not the one I'd sent him to sign,

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Dear (Name of landlord or manager), This letter constitutes my written ##-day notice that I will be moving out of my apartment on (date), the end of my current lease. I am leaving because (new job, rent increase, etc.)
The buyout price of a leased car its residual value is often listed in your lease paperwork or otherwise agreed upon. Sometimes it may be negotiable before you sign your lease, but it depends on the situation. Typically, there's little opportunity to negotiate residual value.
You negotiate a lower buyout price Buying your leased car saves the leasing company shipping and auction fees. That's why, in some cases, they'll call and offer you a lower buyout price than what's in the contract. ... Banks writing leases may be more likely to negotiate than automakers' finance companies.
Car Lease Lease-End Buyout. ... The end-of-lease buyout purchase price is typically the residual value stated in your lease contract. This price is often negotiable, but not always, depending on the lease company's policies. If the company doesn't negotiate, you must decide if the stated price is a fair price to pay.
Residual-value ruse A critical factor in leasing a car is called the residual value how much it will be worth when the lease ends. ... A lower residual value means higher monthly payments. Example: A $15,000 residual value on a $25,000 car would mean your lease payments would have to cover the $10,000 difference.
So when you're shopping for a lease, the first rule of thumb is to look for cars that hold their value better the ones that have high residual values. Residual percentages for 36-month leases tend to hover around 50 percent but can dip into the low 40s or be as high as the mid-60s.
If the residual value is set too low, you can buy the car for less than it's worth at lease end. Moreover, leasing companies have to resell their returned cars either directly to a dealer or through an auction. Often they will negotiate a buyout price that's more favorable to you to avoid that hassle and expense.
If a buyout option was part of your lease agreement, you typically have the option to buy your leased vehicle at the end of your lease. The alternative is to return the car to the dealership. ... If you decide to use the buyout option, you pay the set amount plus any additional fees.
So, in summary, the answer is yes. You can negotiate the price of a car lease up-front by negotiating the purchase price of the vehicle. However, the interest rate and residual price are often set in stone.
Typically, if you were to purchase a new car, you would make a down payment and finance the remaining cost. ... Leasing is essentially renting, with your payment going towards the car's depreciation. If the lease includes a purchase option, you may buy it at the end of a specific time period.
