I had a very good experience with customer service when I wanted to cancel. I did not realize that there was a form available for no charge. This was a one time thing since in my line of work I really don't utilize this type of service. For those that do, it is a valuable tool

What do you like best?
I love the ability to make my own PDF Templates. It is the perfect insurance agent tool when you're doing multiple certificates of insurance for commercial customers during renewal time. I love the feature where I can e-sign the documents and save it as a PDF which saves me ink and paper.
What do you dislike?
I can't figure out how to combine 2 PDF'S and merge them together so I use a different program for that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A must have if you're in the insurance industry
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It saves us time by creating templates, super helpful when it comes to creating multiple PDF's for our customers.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
One Year Fit and Finish Warranty: California Civil Code Section 900 requires that Builders provide their purchasers with a one-year limited warranty which covers the fit and finish of cabinets, mirrors, flooring, interior and exterior walls, countertops, paint finishes and trim. The one-year period cannot be decreased.
Some builders provide coverage for up to 10 years for major structural defects, sometimes defined as problems that make a home unsafe and put the owner in danger. For example, a roof that could collapse is a major structural defect.
And whose insurance is responsible if construction materials disappear from the building site? Dear Rutan, Most builder warranties cover material and workmanship on a new home for one to two years, with coverage that lasts as long as 10 years on major structural elements.
Repairing defects As well as the implied warranties, there is a 12-month defect repair period. If any defects in the building work emerge within 12 months of the completed build date, your builder has an obligation to fix them.
Some states may require you to give the builder a chance to make repairs before suing. ... And even without an implied warranty, you may be able to sue a builder on another legal ground, such as fraud, breach of contract, or negligence.
Implied warranties automatically apply to all domestic building work, regardless of the cost or whether there is a written contract. These warranties transfer to a new owner for up to 10 years from completion of the work.
Water Intrusion is the Main Cause of Mold requires moisture to grow. Regardless of the type of theory a plaintiff uses to sue a contractor or builder for mold exposure, typically the underlying facts involve construction or repair of a building that allowed water to intrude and/or stagnate inside.
Depending on the circumstances, property owners may be able to sue the builder or contractor for allowing toxic mold to grow and spread. Toxic mold cases are a relatively new species of toxic tort lawsuit, with an increasing number of such claims being litigated each year.
Of all the causes for mold in new construction, the basement is most often the culprit. Pouring a foundation requires industry experience, but even the best builders can run into trouble. Insulating studs and installing vapor barriers before a poured foundation dries can trap condensation inside walls.
Absolutely, a new home, even while under construction can have mold problems. The sneaky thing here is that the home could have the mold covered up with new wall finish and paint.
