Very user friendly! It is easy to use. Instructions are clear and the forms are easy to fill out accurately. Takes a little getting used to, but not bad Fairly easy to use once you get used to the set up and lay out. I had used different software to begin with so it took some time to get used to. I like the fact that you can create or upload your document, fill it out, sign it and then send it off to be signed by another party all in one place. Took some getting used to as I had used different products in the past. Other than that, there really is nothing bad about this software.
