How do I reset my Spectrum Guide?
Press Menu on your remote.
Using the arrow buttons scroll to Account Overview and then press OK/Select.
Scroll to Equipment using the arrow buttons and then press OK/Select.
Highlight RESET DATA and then press OK/Select.

Press the OK/Select button twice on the remote while viewing programming to open the Mini Guide. The guide information says “To Be Announced”. The receiver can take between 30-60 minutes to load after an installation, a power failure or a receiver reset from our technical department. ... How do I fix my Spectrum TV?
Make sure: Your equipment (TV and cable) is properly connected. The coaxial cable is connected to the outlet wall. Your TV is on the correct source or input (i.e. Video 1, HDMI).
Refresh your receiver.
Unplug your receiver, wait at least 60 seconds, and plug it back in.
Why does my Spectrum TV say no signal?
First check that your TV is set to the correct Source or Input, try changing the Source or Input to AV, TV, Digital TV or DTV if you haven't already. If your No Signal message is not due to incorrect Source or Input being selected, then it's most likely caused by a set-up or antenna fault.
