Great product...relatively easy to use Great product...relatively easy to use, especially if one is familiar with this type of document editing app. I am please with how much of a time-saver it is. I couldn't give 5-stars because the cost of the "Full Version" is really too expensive for me, but other than that, it's a very handy tool.

Each formatting style is a set of predefined formatting options: (font size, color, line spacing, alignment etc.). The styles allow you to quickly format different parts of the document (headings, subheadings, lists, normal text, quotes) instead of applying several formatting options individually each time.
Word has two basic types of Word document formatting styles: Paragraph Styles — They apply to a minimum of an entire paragraph, and contain paragraph formatting (alignment, indents, etc.) and character formatting (font, color, etc.).
A style is a mixture of Word formatting that you can apply over and over, like paint. There are several advantages to using styles for document formatting in Word: Consistency — You'll be sure that all the headers, subheads, paragraphs and tables have the correct formatting.
Keep Source Formatting: Keeps the formatting of the text you copied. Merge Formatting: Keeps the formatting of the text you copied without changing the formatting of the destination document, e.g., if you cut and paste a sentence from another document that had a different font type or size.
Go to File > Options > Advanced. Undercut, copy, and paste, select the down arrow for the setting to change. Pasting within the same document When you paste content into the same document from which you copied the content. Each setting has options you can set: Keep Source Formatting. Select OK.
Keep Source Formatting This option preserves the look of the original text. Keep Text Only This option removes all the original formatting from the text. Merge Formatting This option changes the formatting so that it matches the text that surrounds it.
In Excel, select the data you want to copy, and then press Ctrl+C. Open the other Office program, click where you want to paste the data, and then press Ctrl+V. Click Paste Options next to the data, and choose how you want to paste it. Keep Source Formatting This keeps the data formatting exactly as is.
