This is a great program. Easy to use and print and save to my computer. However, I would have liked the option to subscribe and pay by the month instead of an entire year at once.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
The short answer is that it doesn't matter who signs an agreement first. In order for a contract to be legally binding, both parties must agree to a set of pre-defined terms (this is called “mutual assent”).
Are 's electronic signatures legally binding? eSignatures are valid and legally binding across the globe and in use in 188 countries around the world.
What if a Contract is Signed By Only One Party? A contract is enforceable only if it is signed by all parties. When signed by all parties, it's much easier to resolve the related disputes in court. If just one party signs an agreement, it is considered not legally binding.
Signature forwarding allows your recipients to forward the document to another person for signing. Once it happens, you will be notified via email. New recipient will be added to the recipients list. In case of signature forwarding, a new signer (their email) be recorded on the signature certificate.
A contract not signed by one party makes it an agreement that isn't legally binding. Valid contracts need to have all required elements in it, and they are enforceable under federal and state laws.
Updated July 21, 2020: Is a contract valid if not signed by both parties? A written contract must be signed by both parties to be legally enforceable. However, some types of oral contracts are also valid and do not require signatures from either party.
