Love it I love it and have recommended it to friends and collegues. Love the ability to change forms around and manipulate the forms to move entire sections around and still keep things neat and professional looking. The dashboard is messy and not as well organized as it could be.

An affidavit is a written statement that is notarized. ... The information in an affidavit must be first-hand information. It cannot be second-hand information or speculation. Affidavits can be written in your own handwriting or typed.
2. Does an affidavit compulsorily have to be on a stamp paper (why in courts, it's accepted in plane paper?) It depends on the usage of the affidavit and/or the authority before which it is to be filed. ... In CAT, an affidavit signed before a normal advocate (who may not be a notary) may also be accepted.
affidavit can be on plain paper. It depends upon the fact as to where the affidavit is to be used. Some authorities require affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper, some require affidavit before Magistrate.
Describe the facts in a numbered list. You may include as many or as few facts in an affidavit as necessary. ... Write a statement of truth. ... Spell out the oath that the affine is taking. ... Create a signature block. ... Include a court clerk or notary signature block.
An affidavit is a document written statement filed by an affine as evidence in court. In order to be admissible, affidavits must be notarized by a notary public. ... Once the affine acknowledges signing the document for its intended purpose and signs the affidavit, the document is notarized and becomes an affidavit.
An Affidavit is a written official statement of fact made by an individual (called a deponent) under an oath. ... The person who prepares an affidavit declares that the content mentioned in the affidavit is true and accurate, and nothing has been concealed or misstated.
A notarized affidavit is a written statement made under oath and signed before a notary. ... If your state requires that a particular document be notarized, the notary signs the document and fixes her seal to it in order to notarize it. She must watch you sign the document.
Both an affidavit and a declaration are statements made under oath about facts within one's personal knowledge. ... But generally, affidavits are sworn before a notary, while declarations use “penalty of perjury” language specified in applicable state and federal laws.
Thus a person who signs on an affidavit format which is not notarized can comfortably deny his signatures on the document and in case the document is not proved in evidence no action can be taken on the basis of the statement embodied therein.
