Excellent. The only improvement I can imagine is something to assist with right aligning text, or to keep the same spacing if filling in several columns.

Generally very good. When you print it saves first which I don't want it to do and "Save As" does not allow you to rename which is not right. Other than that, it does what you want.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Address the email recipient with a friendly yet formal greeting. Use a simple “Hello” followed by the person's first and last name. If applicable, add an appropriate prefix, such as Ms., Mrs. or Mr., plus any suffixes, such as Jr. or Sr., and any credentials of the person you're addressing.
1 Hi [Name], In all but the most formal settings, this email greeting is the clear winner. 2 Dear [Name], Although dear can come across as stuffy, it's appropriate for formal emails. 3 Greetings, 4 Hi there, 5 Helloes, or Hello [Name], 6 Hi everyone,
To start a formal email, write “Dear,” the recipient's first name, and a comma on the first line. If you don't know the name, use “Greetings” instead of “Dear.” Write “Mr.,” “Mrs.,” “Dr.,” or “Professor” and use the person's last name instead of their first name to be extremely formal.
Dear Sir. Dear Madam. Dear Mr. Brown. Dear Ms. Lopez. To Whom It May Concern. Dear Dr. Smith.
Dear Sir or Madam (if you don't know the name of the person reading the email) Dear Mr. Smith Dear Jim (more informal)
If it's a group of people you know really well, you can use something more informal such as Hi all, Hi team or Hi everyone. If it's a more formal email, you can use greetings such as Dear Coworkers, Dear Colleagues or Dear Hiring Committee.
Check the spelling a few times, as it's easy to slip up if you've never emailed the person before. Use “Mr.” and “Ms.” followed by the person's last name only. For example, if you're emailing Jane Hart begin your email with “Dear Ms. Hart” rather than “Dear Ms.
To address a cover letter without a name, use some variation of, “Dear Software Team Hiring Manager.” You can also use, “Dear Hiring Manager” if the addressee really is unknown. Remember that “To Whom It May Concern” is an old-fashioned salutation for cover letters.
