So far my overall experience has been pretty great. The only thing I would recommend would be having more of a collection of pdf's to compare on certain subjects. Other than that, I am one happy customer!

What do you like best?
PDFfiller is very user-friendly and has great features. We use it for fillable online registration for our group tours as well as to edit pre-existing PDFs
What do you dislike?
We make many fillable enrollment forms that are the same except for the title. Would be helpful if we could regenerate a new PDF (with the fillable areas in tact) and just change the title to make a new PDF
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Online registration, surveys

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
For example, if you have an excellent paper on a particular topic that was published in 1992, you can use Science Citation Index (via Web of Science) to find papers published after 1992 that cited that paper. Citation implies a direct subject relationship between the papers.
Hirsch reckons that after 20 years of research, a h index of 20 is good, 40 is outstanding, and 60 is truly exceptional. The advantage of the h-index is that it combines productivity (i.e., number of papers produced) and impact (number of citations) in a single number.
To manually calculate your h-index, organize articles in descending order, based on the number of times they have been cited (see below example). Web of Science, Scopus, and Google Scholar can also be used to calculate a h-index for that particular citation-tracking database.
Go to Google Scholar and select Metrics select the hyperlinked h5-index to view the h5-core (articles cited at least h times) and to see if the journal is in the top 20 of a subject category.
The index is based on a list of publications ranked in descending order by the number of citations these publications received. The value of h is equal to the number of papers (N) in the list that have N or more citations.
Citation indexing makes links between books and articles that were written in the past and articles that make reference to (“cite”) these older publications. In other words, it is a technique that allows us to trace the use of an idea (an earlier document) forward to others who have used (“cited”) it.
To calculate the g-index: “[Given a set of articles] ranked in decreasing order of the number of citations that they received, the g-index is the (unique) the largest number such that the top g articles received (together) at least g² citations.”
g-index allows highly-cited papers to bolster low-cited papers. Roughly, h is the number of papers of a certain quality [citations] threshold, a threshold that rises as h rises; g allows citations from higher-cited papers to be used to bolster lower-cited papers in meeting this threshold.
