For a new customer who has only used this program for a short time, It's a bit confusing to find all the necessary information. I am learning, but it's taken some navigation, and I haven't used the help line, because I don't even know the right questions to ask.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Tickets are bought from licensed sellers and are then sold for a price determined by the individual or company in possession of the tickets. Tickets sold through secondary sources may be sold for less or more than their face value depending on demand, which itself tends to vary as the event date approaches.
The standard tickets sold on Ticketmaster are owned by our clients (venues, sports teams or other event promoters) who determine the number of tickets to be sold and set the face value price. In the case of resale tickets, listing prices are determined by the seller, which can include fans or season ticket holders.
Not all events or tickets are available for Fan-to-Fan Resale. If you don't see a Sell Tickets button, or it's grayed out, selling your tickets through Ticketmaster is not available. In order to resell your tickets for events in the US, you must have a US bank account.
Rest assured; all tickets are guaranteed to be completely transferable, and the name of the attendee does not need to match the name printed or on the ticket. Once you arrive at the venue, the staff will scan the bar code on your ticket and allow you to enter.
When a ticket is tied to an individual's credit card, it becomes non-transferable. This is when the trouble for consumers can begin. Imagine if you cannot attend an event as originally planned. Well, when tickets are non-transferable you can no longer resell them or give them away.
From Ticketmaster's Sell Page, search by event, team or artists to start your listing. Select the event from the list, then tap the Sell Tickets button. Enter the ticket barcode(s) for the tickets you'd like to sell. Price your ticket(s) to sell.
From Ticketmaster's Sell Page, search by event, team or artists to start your listing. Select the event from the list, then tap the Sell Tickets button. Enter the ticket barcode(s) for the tickets you'd like to sell. Price your ticket(s) to sell.
After you post a ticket for resale, it remains yours until it sales. If the ticket does not sell, you can still use it. If the ticket does not sell, and you choose not to use it, you do not automatically get your money back.
Login or create a Ticketmaster account in advance, before tickets go on sale. Many times events may be listed in local time based on the venue location keep that in mind when purchasing tickets for an event far away from home. With most high demand events, tickets can often sell out within minutes.
There's hell, and then there's buying tickets through Ticketmaster, the decades-old gatekeeper to seemingly every popular event you've ever hoped to attend. Sign up for a credit card. Join a fan club. Don't forget to create a Ticketmaster account. Be ready at least ten minutes before a sale begins. Speed matters.
When you select to Print-at-Home, make sure you have your tickets handy before you head out to your next event. Get your tickets within 10-14 business days. Tickets are printed within 7 days of purchase and shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Once printed, we will email to let you know they are on their way.
A presale is when tickets are released to a select group of people before the public. Anyone eligible to book during a presale will usually receive an email beforehand, containing a password or a secure internet link which allows access to the tickets.
Go to Ticketmaster and locate the event* you want to shop for. Join the Waiting Room at least 10 minutes prior to the event going on sale. When the sale begins, the Queue will open, and you'll be given a place in line. Once it's your turn to shop, you'll use the map to select your seats and then proceed to checkout.
The page will automatically refresh for you, allowing you to purchase your presale or on sale event tickets. Create a Ticketmaster Account ahead of time so you can complete the ticket checkout process more quickly to ensure that you get the tickets you want.
