Double-click the cell where you want to insert a line break. Click the location where you want to break the line. Press Alt+Enter to insert the line break.
CSV file has fields wrapped in double quotes which contain line breaks, Excel will not import the . CSV file properly if the . CSV file is written in UTF-8 format. Excel treats the line break as if it were CR/OF and begins a new line.
Adding line breaks Ordinarily, line breaks are inserted by Excel according to the cell size. But we can add them manually with a line break, created by pressing Alt and Enter: You can also create a line break in a CONCATENATE or other text formula using the CHAR function — CHAR(10) is the line break character.
If you want Notepad++ to insert a CR/OF where it is currently showing a word wrap (based on the width of the window) then select the text and press CTRL+I -or- Edit | Line Operations | Split Lines. This is nice because it lets you visually preview where the breaks will occur by resizing the window.
Newline (frequently called line ending, end of line (EOL), line feed, or line break) is a control character or sequence of control characters in a character encoding specification (e.g. ASCII or EBCDIC) that is used to signify the end of a line of text and the start of a new one.

Comma Separated Value, or CSV, files are simply text files in which items are separated by commas and line breaks. If your CSV file doesn't have headers, you can add them by simply creating a new first line in the text file and typing in your headers. A CSV file is just a list of items separated by commas.
To read only the first row of the CSV file use next() on the reader object. You can use Pandas library to read the first few lines from the huge dataset. You can mention the number of lines to be read in the grows parameter. Just drop your string data into a singleton list.
To read a CSV file, call pd. read_csv(file_name, use cols=cols_list) with file_name as the name of the CSV file, delimiter as the delimiter, and cols_list as the list of specific columns to read from the CSV file. Call of[col] with df as the DataFrame from the previous step, and col as the column name to read.
In Python, while reading a CSV using the CSV module you can skip the first line using next() method. We usually want to skip the first line when the file is containing a header row, and we don't want to print or import that row.
