I really like it. I have not read all of the instructions, but have used it on several forms. Would like to know how to print a form, without all of the background being printed. I mean, I upload a form. Fill it in and then try to print to the form that I have. It prints everything, when I just want to print what I filled in. For instance, had a problem with my QuickBooks. Wanted to print a check, quickly. Thought I will just upload a check, fill it in and print in on my check. It wanted to print everything. Of course, the bank will not take that, because if it just isn't quite right, it can look altered. Is there a way to do it? Of course, as you know everyone just wants to start working and not read the instructions. Thank you

A licensing agreement is a legal contract between two parties, known as the licensor and the licensee. In a typical licensing agreement, the licensor grants the licensee the right to produce and sell goods, apply a brand name or trademark, or use patented technology owned by the licensor.
Royalty rates vary per industry, but a good rule of thumb is between 2-3% on the low end, and 7-10% on the high end. I have licensed consumer products for as low as 3% and as high as 7%, with 5% being the most common and a generally fair number.
A license agreement is a business contract between two parties. The licensor (the seller of the license) owns the asset being licensed and the licensee (the buyer) pays for the right to use the license. The licensee pays royalties to the owner in exchange for the right to sell the product or use the technology.

Examples of licenses include a company using the design of a popular character, e.g. Mickey Mouse, on their products. Another example would be a clothing manufacturer like Life is Good licensing its designs and brand in a certain country to a local company.
Licensing is used by brand owners to extend a trademark or character onto products of a completely different nature. Examples of intangible assets include a song (“Somewhere Over The Rainbow"), a character (Donald Duck), a name (Michael Jordan), or a brand (The Ritz-Carlton).
A private brand is a consumer product that is developed exclusively for a specific retailer for sale in its store. Common examples of private brands include store brand groceries, textiles, and medical products. Successful private brands require selecting the right products, competitive pricing, and strong marketing.
Download a template for a licensing agreement. Choose your role as the licensor or licensee. Define the license(s) in the agreement. Decide whether the license is exclusive or not. Settle the matter of fees and payment schedule. Add a renewal date and rules.
Licensing involves obtaining permission from a company (licensor) to manufacture and sell one or more of its products within a defined market area. The company that obtains these rights (the licensee) usually agrees to pay a royalty fee to the original owner.
With a fairly successful product, you may sell 3 units per store per week, or 156,000 units each year. If the product sells for $25, wholesales for $10, and you have a 5% royalty deal, then you are looking at $. 50 per unit sold, for a total of $78,000 per year.
