The user interface for entering numbers in a field is not particularly user friendly. That's the biggest thing. A feature to 'delight' your customers would be to include a field that had a simple 'summation' function.

Had a problem with being unable to save a document. However Sam on the chat line was very helpful (although we could not recover it) and suggested changing the input from javascript to 'flash'. I have now managed to save it.

Open the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser. Click Tools. in the upper-right corner. Select Internet Options from the drop-down menu that appears. Under the General tab, type the URL of the web page you want to set. Click Apply. Click Ok.

You can also right-click on the link and choose “Open in new tab" while holding down Shift! But Internet Explorer lets you control how popups, new windows, and links in new tabs should behave. Click on the gear icon (top right corner) and choose “Internet options". Click on the Tabs button in the middle.
Simply hold down the Ctrl key while clicking normally on a link, and it should open in the background. If you want the tab to open in the foreground, hold down the Shift key while clicking instead.
Click Internet Explorer's Tools button, choose File, and choose Save As from the overly packed menu. Select a location in the Navigation Pane to save the file. Choose how you want to save the page in the Save As Type drop-down list. Click the Save button when you're done.
