It was the only source I could find to obtain 2014 Form 990 forms. The IRS site shows 2014 forms tabs but they are for 2015 which is the wrong form. I could not find the supplemental forms I needed by searching the website so I gave up and contacted customer support on your chat line. The rep was very polite and sought out all the supplemental forms I needed to finish the job. That's a real plus but I should have been able to find the forms on the website.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Get it in writing. Keep it simple. Deal with the right person. Identify each party correctly. Spell out all of the details. Specify payment obligations. Agree on circumstances that terminate the contract.
For a contract to be valid, it must have four key elements: agreement, capacity, consideration, and intention.
Photography Contracts protect both the photographer and the client. The contract outlines the agreements between the two parties such as payment and deposit details, how much time the photographer will spend on-site and editing, what happens if the event is cancelled, and more.
Bride & groom's names, and all contact information. Detailed description of the service to be rendered. Breakdown of fees (including deposit) and payment schedule. Date, time and location of the ceremony and reception.
Your wedding photography and videography package might start from the coverage of Engagement, wedding eve reception and other ceremonies. It might also include additional services like PRE wedding shoot, wedding invite video and Honeymoon photos.
Get it in writing. Use an easily understandable language. Write down the specific details. Include details of payment. Bind other parties from disclosing or sharing information. Include how to terminate a contract. Consider the laws governing the contract. Include applicable information and signature lines.
Most contracts only need to contain two elements to be legally valid: All parties must be in agreement (after an offer has been made by one party and accepted by the other). Something of value must be exchanged -- such as cash, services, or goods (or a promise to exchange such an item) -- for something else of value.
Contact information for videographer and client. Time and date of filming including the duration. Description of services. Number of days to provide sample video and final product. Price and deposit information (including overtime fees)
The cost for the client to purchase the raw footage is 150% of the contract price. If a clients project is $10,000 then the rights to the raw footage comes out to an additional $15,000. This fee grants the client access to the raw footage and permission to use it at their discretion. This is the big one.
Advids suggests, a 60-second 1-2 minute video cost is between $$1,0005,000. The 1-2 minute video cost depends on style & scope of video production service. At Adv ids 1-2 minute video cost starts at $1,000 and is the only 100% money-back guarantee 1-2 minute video service available.
Unless you/they have a contract which states that it was a” work for hire" and they have ownership of the raw media, the videographer or photographer owns the rights to the raw footage.
Pre-Production / Development Contracts. Pre-production refers to the period of a film before production and shooting begins when those in charge of getting the film up and running finalize the rights and the script, get financing in place, put together the cast and crew and prepare for production.
Shares means that an investor becomes a shareholder of the single purpose production company set up to produce the film. Point means that an investor receives a percentage of the film's net proceeds (each point is 1%). You might suppose that shares and points are linked or even that they are the same thing.
Movie studios actually used to sign actors to contracts. They also had contracts with writers, production staff, etc., so each studio's movies had a certain “feel" to them. Also, actors have a union (Screen Actors Guild" to help with this.
It isn't illegal to write a contract without an attorney. Two parties can agree between themselves and create their own contract. Contract law, however, requires that all contracts must contain certain elements to be valid and enforceable.
