Program great, easy to use. Difficulty processing payment. Had to call/email support to get assistance. That was super frustration when I was ready to finish up.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
If you are buying a new car and the length of the service contract is similar to that of the manufacturer's warranty, it's probably not worth your money. Most new cars don't require many repairs during the first few years. And if your car does need repairs, they're likely to be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
A vehicle service contract is designed to help protect you from the cost of vehicle repairs beyond your original manufacturer's warranty. So, if you plan on keeping your vehicle for a few years (versus trading it in for a new model) a vehicle service contract may be a good option to continue coverage on your vehicle.
While it may sound like a good idea in theory, extended warranties often come with a high price tag and don't necessarily cover everything that could go wrong. Plus, many people who buy extended warranties never use them. In that case, an extended warranty becomes a cost with no financial return.
The price of a service contract is usually based on the car's make, model, condition, as well as the contract's coverage and length. The initial price can range from several hundred dollars to more than $1,000. In addition, you may be required to pay a deductible each time your car is serviced or repaired.
Covered parts. Although there is considerable variation from one service contract program to another, generally there are two main types of contracts available either a named part type or an all part type that correspond to named peril and all risk coverages, respectively, UN- der traditional insurance.
Auto Service Contracts 101 A service contract is a promise to perform (or pay for) certain repairs or services. A service contract may be arranged at any time and always costs extra; a warranty comes with a new car and is included in the purchase price. Used cars also may come with some type of warranty coverage.
Just call the company, and they'll cancel it for you. There will be a toll-free number in several places on your service contract. Like someone else said, if the cost was included in your vehicle loan you'll receive a check made co-payable to you and your lender and you'll have to apply the refund to your car loan.
A service agreement can be canceled at anytime. The cancellation must be executed in accordance with the terms of the contract, or it can be considered a broken contract or breach of contract. Statutory law protects the rights of consumers to cancel service contracts under certain circumstances.
If you've entered into a one- or two-year contract and choose to terminate or cancel your service before your contract ends, you will be charged an early termination fee of up to $350/line for Advanced Devices & up to $200/line for all other devices.
First, you should reach out to the automotive dealership you bought your car from and let them (most likely you'll be speaking to a finance manager) know that you want to cancel your extended warranty. Secondly, they'll give you a cancellation form to fill out. Details will include the date and the vehicle's mileage.
To cancel your extended car warranty, you will need to fill out a form specifying your mileage and the cancellation date, and then you will need to get a signed copy of the form from the dealership. You will probably need to nudge them to actually process the request, so don't be afraid to call every couple of weeks.
The pro rata refund will be calculated by multiplying the service contract purchase price by the lesser percentage of the unused months or unused miles compared to the total months or total miles of your services contract, less an administrative fee of $50 or 10% of the refund amount, whichever is less.
On the contract, it says, if you cancel within 60 days, you get 100% refund. After 60 days or if you have incurred a claim, a pro rata refund of the lesser unused months or unused miles will be made.
