I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. There are some things that could be more user-friendly or convenient but overall it is very effective and useful as a tool for creating and modifying documents. The "preview document" is never accurate, and the ink looks faded after it is scanned in as a template.

I think, if it isn't in place, a way to be able to use it on your mobile device. Most often, I'm on the go and things have to be changed or modified. This could be huge for a busy person like me.

Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.

Good features pdffiller has. Only thing I would request is to reduce fee for indian retired customers like me. I am 58 years old and self-financed and survive on pension.

I am glad I cam across PdfFiller
I am glad I cam across PdfFiller, I was able to upload a contract, edit it and have it sent over to client for their signature all within one platform. There are many other options such as sending docs via USPS, SMS, Fax and more. And no matter which package you select, you get 30 Days free, full access (at least I haven't found any),
