Great way to electronically complete forms! I hate printing and re-uploading forms. This is a great way to eliminate that. Also good for converting static files to dynamic documents! It can be finicky and annoying to use if the computer doesn't have the right software.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Start with the tax assessor. All the information that most people will need or want to know about a deed will be on record with the county tax assessor, such as the current owner, sale dates, price history, and current valuation. Find the records section. Examine the record.
Visit the county land records department for the property's county if you can't get the information from the tax collector or assessor. The county's land records may be held by the county clerk, the (recorder) of deeds or the register of deeds. You can go to the county's website to obtain contact information.
The person whose name is on the deed has the title to the property. It's the deed that transfers title. On the deed, you'll find the property's legal description, including property or boundary lines. The deed identifies the granter, or party transferring his interest in the property, and the grantee, who accepts it.
If you are on the deed, you are an owner of the house. An owner cannot be evicted or removed from the house, even by another owner. Your right to use, occupy, live in, etc.
Adding someone to your house deed requires the filing of a legal form known as a quitclaim deed. When executed and notarized, the quitclaim deed legally overrides the current deed to your home. By filing the quitclaim deed, you can add someone to the title of your home, in effect transferring a share of ownership.
A property survey is a drawn record of the boundaries, orientation and easements associated with a lot of land. Even if you did not receive a home purchase survey surveys are not mandatory in every state the county clerk, local tax assessor or engineering department may hold a survey or land map on record.
A property survey may be available from an online database, or from computer terminals at the assessor's office or in paper form in the office's archives. The office holding the survey may charge a fee to search for and copy the property survey.
Visit your local property office in person. If your city or county requires surveys to be filed with the government, you know any existing survey of the property will be at the property records office in the city or county where the property is located.
