I wish there was a way to access a blank 2019 W-2 form. The first form came up as 2019, but the only way I found to create 2019 for the other employees was to duplicate that first one and modify for the additional person. If not for that quirk, I would have given 5 stars.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Most formal letters will start with 'Dear' before the name of the person that you are writing to: 'Dear Ms Brown,' or 'Dear Brian Smith,' You can choose to use first name and surname, or title and surname. 'Dear Sir/Madam,' Remember to add the comma.
First, state the name of the person being introduced to. This is the 'higher-ranking' person. Second, say I would like to introduce or, please meet or, this is, etc. Third, state the name of the person being introduced. Finally, offer some details about each, as appropriate.
Offer your name, ask for his name, and then quickly move on to the introduction. You can say something like, “I remember meeting you last year, but I can't recall your name. I'm Grace, and this is my sister Hazel.” If the person has good manners, he will state his name at this time.
The name of the older or higher ranking person should be said first. For example: Unless you are in a casual setting, use first and last names, as well as titles such as “Dr.” when appropriate. If the person whom you are introducing has a relationship to you, share this with others.
First, introduce men and boys to women and girls. And younger people to older people. In translation, this means to mention first the name of the person to whom you're making the introduction. (When the introduction involves two people of the same sex and approximately the same age, the order doesn't matter.)
Offer a simple introduction. One thing that never fails is to smile and say, Hi, I'm Ronnie. Challenge yourself. One of the best ways to get better at meeting people is to make a game out of it. Ask a question. Ask for help. Use humor.
