Like the program, although it does seem complicated. However, I keep receiving error messages when I send docs to be signed, and when I send it in I receive a message saying it is on our end. I would like to use the program for many things, especially getting signatures, although it seems that isn't included now and is additional cost, so I may go to authentisign

Select the text you want to comment on, or click at the end of the text. On the Review tab, click New Comment. Type your comment. Word shows your comment in a balloon in the document's margin.
To display the comments the way that you want them to appear in the printed document, do one of the following: View all comments: To view all comments in your document, on the Review tab, click Show Markup in the Tracking group, point to Reviewers, and then click to select All Reviewers.
In other words, if you have 17 comments in a document, and you insert a new one after comment 5, then the current comment 5 (ALW5) becomes 6 (ALW6) and so on, so that you have 18 sequentially numbered comments in a document.
Click the Review tab, click Show Markup, and uncheck the Comments option to hide comments.
Select the chunk of text upon which you desire to comment. Be specific. Click the Review tab. In the Comments group, click the New Comment button. The New Comment button is shown here. Type a comment. Press the Esc key when you've finished typing the comment.
Start by clicking the Review tab. In the Tracking section of the Review tab, click the Display for Review drop-down list at the top of the section and select the All Markup option. If you don't see the drop-down list, you may need to widen the Word window.
GO TO DRAFT VIEW. You will see your comment between 'handles' {red brackets} with the comment symbol on the side [in square brackets]. To expand/shrink the comment area, INSERT (cutting and pasting) THE NEW TEXT INSIDE the handles.
To display the comments the way that you want them to appear in the printed document, do one of the following: View all comments: To view all comments in your document, on the Review tab, click Show Markup in the Tracking group, point to Reviewers, and then click to select All Reviewers.
