Initially, I wasn't too sure on how to use the various features and tools available. I took my time to read each area carefully, used the "help" icon. Very pleased with the results of todays work.

Great, just unfamiliar with how to align the form instead of having to align each individual letter. Cannot believe this is correct. Otherwise love the look and professional appearance.

Mail contacts are mail-enabled directory service objects that contain information about people or organizations that exist outside your Exchange or Exchange Online organization. Each mail contact has an external email address. For more information about mail contacts, see Recipients.
What is a mail user?
Mail User: A mail-enabled user is an Active Directory account which represents a user outside the Exchange organization. Each mail user has an external email address and the email sent to the mail user is routed to this external email address.
What is an external email address?
External vs. Internal Emails. In companies, email is used to convey information externally (to customers/clients) and internally (to staff within the company). When writing an external email, you are representing the company, so it is important that your message sound professional.
How do I enable email enabled contacts in Active Directory?
Open the Active Directory Users and Computers. Locate the domain and container in which you want to create the new contact. Right-click the appropriate container and use the New Contact command.
How do I enable email to a group?
Use the EAC to create a mail-enabled security group. In the EAC, go to Recipients > Groups. And then select Security group in the drop-down list that appears.
