Launch Quantity Deed: make editing documents online simple

The Portable Document Format or PDF is a common file format for business purposes, thanks to the availability. You can open them on whatever device you have, and they will be readable and writable identically. It'll open the same no matter you open it on a Mac computer or an Android device.

Data protection is another reason why do we rather use PDF files to store and share confidential information and documents. PDF files are not only password-protected, but analytics provided by an editing service, which allows document owners to identify those who’ve accessed their documents in order to track any and all potential security breaches.

pdfFiller is an online document management and editing tool that lets you create, modify, sign, and send PDFs directly from your web browser. This platform is integrated with major CRM programs, so users can sign and edit documents from Google Docs or Office 365. Send it to others by email, fax or via sharing link, and get notified when someone opens and completes it.

Use powerful editing tools such as typing text, annotating, and highlighting. Change a template’s page order. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to cloud. Ask your recipient to fill out the fields. Add images to your PDF and edit its layout. Add fillable fields and send to sign.

Follow these steps to edit your document:

01
Go to the pdfFiller uploader.
02
Click the Tools tab to use editing features such as text erasing, annotation, highlighting, etc.
03
Insert additional fields to fill in specific data and put an e-signature in the document.
04
When you finish editing, click the 'Done' button and save or email your document.

For my very first experience I was a little surprised it wasn't free when I already am an Adobe Pro in the Cloud user and pay monthly for that, but oh well.

Very professional, highly recommended. I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. Highly recommended. Very professional. Lisa Cherry Beaumont of LisaCherryBeaumont.com

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Obtain a deed form. Use the current deed to fill in the property's tax assessor identification number and legal description. Identify the parties. Sign the deed in the presence of a Notary Public. File the deed at the local county courthouse. References (2) Resources (1) About the Author.
List the names of the parties involved. Write, for example, [Granter's Name and address], as Granter, conveys to [Grantee's Name and address], as Grantee, the property described below by [list the type of deed]. Describe the land. Use the land's street address, plot number, and the metes and bounds of the land.
Fill in your name as granter, the identity of the person or entity you are transferring it to and the real property description. Sign the deed in front of a notary, then give it to the grantee and make sure it gets filed at the appropriate government office for recording deeds.
Rates vary by state and law office but typically fall in the range of $200 to $400 per hour. Title companies routinely prepare quitclaim deeds in many states. Fees for title companies vary, but a market scan shows an average of $100 to $200 for a simple quitclaim deed.
Select which type of deed you wish to provide the buyer. Create a transfer document that contains the deed transfer date and the legal names of the granter and grantee, usually the seller and buyer respectively. Add the property's physical address and subdivision or the full legal description if you know it.
The real estate deed must be signed by the seller and notarized. Also, some states require one or more individuals to sign the deed as witnesses. The buyer is not required to sign the deed. The seller's attorney is responsible for delivering the deed to the buyer, and the buyer must accept the deed.
Although you can prepare such a deed on your own, thanks to the many deed of sale sample letters available out there, it's important to protect yourself by at least having a legal professional review it before you make it official.
Legal Description The seller or the seller's broker will hire an attorney to prepare the real estate deed to ensure that all the requirements in the creation of a valid deed are met before the seller conveys title to the property. All real estate deeds must be in writing.
