it has been hard getting back to my document, probably because an icon has not popped up on my screen and the form is not in my laptop document file. it's not letting me add lines to the lists though that might be a hard lock in the form. However the section instruction's say that you can add. Mostly I have only used PDF filler on this complicated form and am learning by trial and error.

If you want to change the outline of a picture and make it a shape (like a circle or a star), use the cropping tools on the PICTURE TOOLS FORMAT tab. Select the picture (or pictures) that you want to crop. On the PICTURE TOOLS FORMAT tab, click Crop > Crop to Shape, and then pick the shape you want.
Click the picture that you want within the shape. Click PICTURE TOOLS > FORMAT > Size and click the arrow under Crop. If you don't see the Picture Tools and Format tabs, make sure that you selected a picture. Click Fill or Fit. When you are finished, press ESC.
Use the Lasso Tool to outline the irregular shape that you wish to crop. To do this, select the Lasso Tool from the Tool Palette, then hold down the left mouse button while you create the shape. Release the mouse button to complete the shape.
Select the picture you want to crop to shape. Navigate to the Picture Tools Format tab. Open the Cropping Tool drop down. Select Crop to Shape. Select the Circle shape (or other shape) Click the Crop tool again or hit Esc on your keyboard.
To create a circle image online go to Elements > Shapes > Geometric and add a circle shape. To make a rounded corners image you can also use a rectangle with round corners. Use the corner handlers to resize the circle so that it fits in the square canvas. Or, go to the Properties menu and set the size of the circle.
Choose the crop tool from the toolbar, or press the C key. In the tool options bar at the top, change the option to W × H x Resolution. You can now type in your desired aspect ratio, or size.
Click image with right mouse button. Left click Crop on image menu. Left click Freehand on crop menu. Position the cursor at any point on the shape you wish to define, then press and hold left button. Drag mouse to outline desired crop area. Release left mouse button.
