I like it- does what it says- easy to fill in a form. My local authorities keep changing their forms so everytime we spend a long time converting them to word files for editing, they become obsolete! Now, we just work with this weeks form and it doesn't matter if they change the layout! Perfect- no more time wasting with forms!

This program is the best viewer and editor of PDF files that I found online and free. It is a utility or extension that we can add to our chrome browser to open directly from our inbox, those files with PDF format, without the need to invest great efforts in downloading and installing heavy programs that deal with that work. I mean, it's so light that its discharge is super fast. Once the extension is installed I must refresh myself mail, I believe that this work should do directly the inclusion process of the extension in chrome. It is hardly a detail if we compare it with the great advantages that this product offers us.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
A mark or sign made by an individual on an instrument or document to signify knowledge, approval, acceptance, or obligation. The term signature is generally understood to mean the signing of a written document with one's own hand. Almost all states have passed laws that recognize the validity of “digital signatures."
Obviously, you cannot just take a picture of your signature on a piece of paper, crop it, and paste in your documents to use it for making the documents legal; this method will not provide any decent level of evidence as someone else can easily copy-paste it from your document to another document.
Usually, a signature is simply someone's name written in a stylized fashion. However, that is not really necessary. The signature can be made by anything that marks the paper. Pencil is not favored because it can smudge and be erased, but a signature made with a pencil is equally valid as a signature in pen.
Signatures necessarily do not have to spell your full name. Signatures are a mark affixed by a person on a document to show his consent or dissent from the writing of the same, provided he puts his hand up and owns that this is his mark.
Signature. A mark or sign made by an individual on an instrument or document to signify knowledge, approval, acceptance, or obligation. However, it is not critical that a signature actually be written by hand for it to be legally valid. It may, for example, be typewritten, engraved, or stamped.
All parties must be in agreement (after an offer has been made by one party and accepted by the other). Something of value must be exchanged -- such as cash, services, or goods (or a promise to exchange such an item) -- for something else of value.
Formation. A contract is a promise or a set of promises that is legally binding. In Australia this requires that there be an agreement (comprising an offer and acceptance), consideration, intention to create legal relations, compliance with any legal formalities and that the parties have the legal capacity to contract.
Contracts bind parties to their duties. Contracts can secure payment. No one likes to be stiffed for work performed and a binding contract provides a written legal document establishing an agreement to be paid for services rendered. Contracts provide recourse when the relationship falters.
Contract signing means that the parties signing the document agree to the terms in it and their contractual duties and obligations. Contract signing means that the parties signing the document agree to the terms in it and their contractual duties and obligations.
Essentially, written contracts provide physical evidence, they are more reliable than oral or performance contracts; therefore, even if a contract is not required to be in writing, it is wise to do so. This makes it so that there is physical proof of the arrangement.
The simple reason to have a written agreement with your attorney is to make sure that both parties to the contract know what is going on. Most disputes that arise between lawyers and their clients are about money, whether it is how much the attorney is owed, or how much the client is owed as a refund.
To “sign off" is informal speech meaning "to approve.” If I sign a contract, I am agreeing to the terms. If I “sign off" on a contract signed by others, it means I approve it, regardless of whether I write my name on something, or send an e-mail. It could be by signing the document, but not necessarily.
It may depend on how the quote was given. Generally, a quote that you agreed to would constitute a contract and would be legally binding, whether given in writing or verbally. As long as an offer and acceptance is made or implied then any breach of contract can be legally disputed.
As long as the contract spells out specific details and both parties have signed that they agree to the contract's terms, a handwritten contract is legally binding and enforceable in court.
Usually this mark is made by a pen, but not necessarily. The signature can be made by anything that marks the paper. Pencil is not favored because it can smudge and be erased, but a signature made with a pencil is equally valid as a signature in pen.
