How do you reduce the size of a PDF for emailing?

Click the “Clean Up” option, then click the “Object compression options” drop-down menu. Select “Compress document structure.” This option shrinks the size of the PDF document by removing any other useless items from the PDF, as well as optimizing it for fast Web view. Click “OK” to save the changes.

How do you make a PDF smaller, so it can be emailed?

On the PDF Document Properties Window under Default Settings drop, select Smallest File Size. Click on OK on all the open windows. This will start the conversion process. When finished this will prompt to save the file.
