Select the yellow lock icon in the upper-right corner, then select the lock next to the apps you wish to passcode protect. Select the yellow lock whenever you want to enable or disable the app lock. Once apps are locked, only the passcode you created earlier will grant access.
Select Settings, then tap Biometrics and security. Select Secure Folder. Select Lock type. Choose Select lock type (or a biometric option, if available). Select Pattern, Pin, or Password, then continue by entering your selection and confirming it.
To lock an app, simply locate the app in the Main Lock tab, and then tap the lock icon associated with that particular app. Once they're added, those apps will require the locking password in order to open.
If you lock an app in recent and click on tap to clear, it will stay in recent. Apps not locked will be cleared (that kills all the running apps without the need to kill each one separately)
On your Android phone or tablet, open your device's Settings app Google. Google Account. At the top, scroll right and tap Security. Scroll down to “Signing in to other sites” and tap Saved Passwords. Scroll down to “Blocked.” From here, you can:
App Lock, free in the Android Market, allows you to set a lock code or pattern on an app-by-app basis, preventing unwanted access to any app you deem private. Tap on the System Lock tab and toggle the Installation/Uninstall switch to “on.” Doing so will require a passcode in order for App Lock to be uninstalled.
Tap “Settings.” Select “General” and tap “Restrictions.” Tap “Enable Restrictions.” Enter your desired four-digit numerical password. Re-enter the password when prompted. Configure which apps and what types of content are accessible without a passcode using the sliders and configuration options.
