Right-click on any of the selected column headers and choose the 'Lock Columns' option from the context menu.

A confirmation dialog box will appear. Click on the 'Lock Columns' button to proceed.

The locked columns will now be indicated by a padlock icon on their headers. These columns are now locked and cannot be edited.

You can continue filling out the rest of the contract document, knowing that the locked columns will remain fixed and uneditable.
