Only criticism is I tried to pay with my New Zealand AMEX and it was rejected and Amex NZ blocked the card sensing you were defrauding me! Payment went through via another card but only after the bank got my OK as it seems your company has some "black marks" and perhaps inadvertent links to some known fraudsters.

In some states, such as California and New Jersey, renters can change the locks and not give landlords a key, unless the lease says otherwise. Landlords should always have a key to the property in case of an emergency. (Only after the landlord gives the renter proper notice.)
change locks. Add new locks. Keep you from entering the unit in any other way.
In California, there are no laws about relaying the premises before a new tenant moves in. While the law does not require landlords to change their locks, most landlords (68%) change the locks on a unit after a tenant moves out.
Relay Fee for Tenants If the landlord has landlord locks that easily relay they can choose a relay fee close to $$50100 for their time. Whatever the relay fee ends up being make sure it's addressed in the lease or added as an addendum to the lease.
Landlord Locks is a Master Key system. It allows you to program keys so that they can open a tenant's door and other common areas such as a garage. No other tenant's key will be able to access that same combination of doors.
No. It is illegal for a landlord to lockout a tenant (renter), remove a tenant's belongings, cut off utilities (such as water or electricity), or remove outside windows or doors in order to force a tenant to leave. When a landlord wants to evict a tenant, the landlord must go through the court eviction process.
