Lock Title Article: simplify online document editing with pdfFiller

The PDF is a common document format for various reasons. It's accessible on any device, so you can share files between devices with different displays and settings. You can open it on any computer or phone running any OS — it'll appear same for all of them.

Security is the primary reason users choose PDF files to share and store information. That’s why it is essential to find a secure editor, especially when working online. In addition to password protection features, some platforms offer opening history to track down those who read or completed the document without your notice.

pdfFiller is an online document creating and editing tool that lets you create, modify, sign, and send your PDF directly from your web browser. Convert MS Word file or a Google spreadsheet, start editing it and create fillable fields to make it a singable document. Forward it to others by email, fax or via sharing link, and get notified when someone opens and fills it out.

Use powerful editing features to type in text, annotate and highlight. Change a page order. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud. Ask other people to fill out the document and request an attachment if needed. Add and edit visual content. Add fillable fields and send for signing.

Complete any document with pdfFiller in four steps:

01
Go to the pdfFiller uploader.
02
Proceed to editing features by clicking the Tools tab. Now you can change the document's content.
03
To insert fillable fields, click the 'Add Fillable Fields' tab on the right and add some for text, signatures, images and more.
04
When finished, click Done and proceed to downloading, sending or printing your document.

The log in process is a little clunky. I have not been able to copy paste a field in the template creator. I have 30 fields or so that will each have the same sized field, I should be able to duplicate the specific field a number of times and paste. No?
