Launch the program, and it will ask the location of the PDF file. Before you select and open the PDF, change the mode to Complete Rewrite, then switch to the Security tab and set the Security System to No encryption. Click the Save button and your PDF will no longer require a password to open.
Right-click on the password-protected PDF file, go to Open with and then click on Microsoft Edge. Enter the password of the PDF file. Press [Enter] or click on the OK button to unlock the password-protected PDF file.
You'll be prompted to provide the password. Afterward, click on the Print button in the top-right corner. In the left panel, click on the Change button under the Destination section. Here select Save as PDF from the list of destinations.
Click CHOOSE FILE. It's a green button on the right side of the page. Select your PDF file. Click Open. Enter the user password. Click UNLOCK. Click VIEW & DOWNLOAD IN BROWSER.
