The Manifest ESign feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily collect electronic signatures on your documents. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Upload your document to pdfFiller. You can do this by clicking on the 'Upload' button on the homepage and selecting the document from your computer.

Once your document is uploaded, click on the 'Sign' button in the toolbar at the top of the page.

In the 'Sign' menu, select 'Manifest ESign' from the options.

A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to add recipients. Enter the email addresses of the individuals who need to sign the document. You can add multiple recipients by separating their email addresses with commas.

After adding the recipients, click on the 'Next' button.

In the next step, you can customize the signing order if needed. By default, the recipients will be asked to sign the document in the order they were added. If you want to change the order, simply drag and drop the recipients in the desired sequence.

Once you have set the signing order, click on the 'Next' button.

In this step, you can add fields to your document for the recipients to fill out. Click on the 'Add Fields' button to choose from a variety of field types, such as text fields, checkboxes, and dropdown menus. Place the fields in the appropriate locations on the document.

You can now preview the document and make any necessary adjustments. Use the navigation buttons at the bottom of the page to scroll through the document and ensure everything looks correct.
