Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

How to Use the Many ESigning Feature in pdfFiller

The Many ESigning feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily collect multiple electronic signatures on a document. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Upload your document to pdfFiller. You can do this by clicking on the 'Upload' button on the homepage and selecting the document from your computer.

Once your document is uploaded, click on the 'Signature' button in the toolbar.

In the Signature panel that appears on the right side of the screen, click on the 'Many ESigning' option.

Drag and drop the signature fields onto the document where you want the signatures to be placed. You can add as many signature fields as needed.

Customize the signature fields by clicking on them. You can resize, reposition, and rotate the fields to fit your document.

After customizing the signature fields, click on the 'Send for Signature' button at the top right corner of the screen.

Enter the email addresses of the recipients you want to sign the document. You can add multiple recipients by separating their email addresses with commas.

Optionally, you can add a personalized message to the recipients in the 'Message' field.

Click on the 'Send' button to send the document for signature.

The recipients will receive an email with a link to sign the document. They can click on the link and follow the instructions to add their electronic signatures.

Once all the recipients have signed the document, you will receive a notification email with a link to access the completed document.
