It's been very good working with PDF Filler. Makes saving forms so much easier. I only have one complaint. When it comes to dates, I usually need to write it as year-month-day; but PDF Filler is already programmed as day-month-year so I have to keep on erasing dates and fill it out by hand, which is annoying.

Excellent program, way easier then DocuSign Super easy to use and if you need tech support they are there for you. Its very easy to use and very informative. A couple of clicks and you are done. Tech support is great as well! It would be nice to get an email when the client opens the contract I send, rather then always having to check

Formally, you would refer to the enclosed items in the body of your letter followed by (enclosed) and then, under the signature at the end of the letter you'd write “Enclosures (x)" where x is the number of enclosures. So, you'd write: my ID card (enclosed).
The enclosure notation goes near the bottom of the letter, three lines below your signature or one line below the typist's initials, in the case of a regular business letter. The sender's address, date, recipient's address, salutation, body, and closing/signature all come before the enclosure notation.
The 'CC' notation usually includes names of people to whom you distribute copies, sometimes you could include their addresses as well. 'CC' is typed at the end of the letter after enclosure notations or identification initials.
business letters: enclosure notation. The notations Enclosure(s), Encl. , Attachment(s) and ATT. indicate that the envelope contains one or more documents in addition to the letter or attached to the letter. The number of such documents, if there are more than one, should appear after the notation.
Re: Difference between “enclosed" and "attached" enclosed means, inside an envelope, a body of text; e.g., Please find enclosed attached means, separate, joined/added to, outside the envelope, stapled or paper clipped to the main page; e.g., Please find attached
