I found the system complicated for someone not very experienced with computers. I still do not know how to find, on your system, the forms that I have completed. Where are they? How do I save them to my computer? I will keep working to find the answers.

An easy to use program, great features, that allows you to complete and edit PDF forms. I'm no computer expert, but found this program straight forward to follow. Makes completing forms online so much easier than printing onto paper and filling out the long way. Would highly recommend it.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Body Mass Index is a simple calculation using a person's height and weight. The formula is BMI = kg/m2 where kg is a person's weight in kilograms and m2 is their height in meters squared. A BMI of 25.0 or more is overweight, while the healthy range is 18.5 to 24.9. BMI applies to most adults 18-65 years.
A BMI of less than 18.5 means that a person is underweight. A BMI of between 18.5 and 24.9 is ideal. A BMI of between 25 and 29.9 is overweight. A BMI over 30 indicates obesity.
With the metric system, the formula for BMI is weight in kilograms divided by height in meters squared. Since height is commonly measured in centimeters, an alternate calculation formula, dividing the weight in kilograms by the height in centimeters squared, and then multiplying the result by 10,000, can be used.

For most adults, an ideal BMI is in the 18.5 to 24.9 range. For children and young people aged 2 to 18, the BMI calculation takes into account age and gender as well as height and weight. Between 18.5 and 24.9 you're in the healthy weight range. Between 25 and 29.9 you're in the overweight range.
If your BMI is between 18.5-24.9: Your BMI is considered normal. This healthy weight helps reduce your risk of serious health conditions and means you're close to your fitness goals. If your BMI is between 25-29.9: Your BMI is considered overweight.
Doctors, trainers and dietitians also look at the body mass index, or BMI. The lowest mortality range for females is between 19 and 21 BMI and for males 20 to 22 BMI. Normal weight is 18.5-24.9 BMI, overweight 24.9-29.9, obese 30 plus, and over 40 is considered morbidly obese.
The researchers call this normal-weight obesity, which puts people at an increased risk for metabolic syndrome and a variety of cardiovascular issues. (6) The study found that in older people a BMI between 22 and 23 actually increased the risk of death, even though it's in the normal range.
