For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Open the meeting in the calendar view and click on the scheduling assistant button — this lists all invitees with their required/optional status. Right click on the calendar. Select "View Settings” Select "Conditional formatting" Add a new rule, give it a name and a color of choice.
Select the Calendar icon in the Navigation Pane. Double-click the meeting you want to check. Under the Meeting Occurence tab, select the Tracking button. From there, you can select View Tracking Status to view the response for each person.
Required means the selected attendee is required for the meeting. Optional means that the selected attendee has the option to attend but isn't required. Resources are used to designate a specific resource needed for the meeting. This could be a particular room in your office, for example.
Add Required Attendees: Select and highlight the email addresses you will add in the Address Book, and click the Required → button; Add Optional Attendees: Select and highlight the email address in the Address Book, and click the Optional → button at the bottom.
Create or open the appointment or meeting that you want to make private. On the Meeting or Appointment tab, click Private. Save or send your meeting or appointment as usual. Any meeting attendees will be able to see the details of the meeting.
Your delegate won't see any meetings or appointments that you've created and marked as private; they'll just see that there is a private appointment. If you want them to see (and edit) your private appointments, switch on the Delegate can see my private items option.
By marking a calendar item (appointment, meeting, or event) as Private, you hide the details of the item from people who have permission to view your calendar. When someone uses Outlook 2016 for Mac to view another person's calendar, items marked Private do not appear at all.
On your computer, open Google Calendar. Open the event you want to update. Click Default visibility and choose the privacy setting for the event. Click Save.
Tap on the event to open it up. Tap on the edit icon in the top right corner. Scroll down to the bottom and turn the toggle for Private to On.
To unlock a private appointment on a shared calendar, go to the person whose name appears as the shared calendar (the master calendar) an ask them to delete it. To find the name, go to your calendar, click the arrow down next to “People's Calendars" under "My calendar Items” to the left of the screen.
By marking a calendar item (appointment, meeting, or event) as Private, you hide the details of the item from people who have permission to view your calendar. You can grant others permission to see your calendar.
Open the Google Calendar app on your iOS or Android device. In the bottom right-hand corner, tap the "+" icon. Next, tap "Event" to create an event.
Open your Outlook calendar. Click New Appointment or click New Items and select Appointment from the dropdown menu. Set up the calendar event as an Appointment, not a meeting, since this invite will be going to an individual recipient and not other contacts on your calendar.
Open the message. From the Respond group of the Message tab, select Meeting . Enter the meeting information, enter date and start and end times, and add recipients if need be. Click Send to send the meeting invitation.
You may add invitees by typing their email addresses in here, or simply by tapping the plus sign to the top right and selecting them from your address book in the Contacts app. So far there is no option to share calendar events via text as well as no chance to share calendar events with WhatsApp.
