Your guy was good - but I really didn't get the result from the program I expected. I thought it would convert to word exactly. I understand why it didn't - just makes the program less than what I had thought I was buying. I don't do this type of work often and will probably just discontinue the program.

Go to the View Menu and click the Show/Hide and Click the Toolbar Item and Hide toolbar.
Approach #2: right-click in an empty area next to the tabs, or on the Favorites button, and you'll see a dropdown menu, one item of which is Menu bar. Make sure that's checked, and the menu toolbar will reappear. Now it won't go away when you use it. The toolbar menu pop-up with the Menu bar checked.
Right-click empty toolbar area → Customize. “3-bar” menu button → Customize. View → Toolbars. *you can tap the Alt key or press the F10 key to show the hidden Menu Bar temporarily.
Open the Google Chrome browser. Look for the Menu icon (3 vertical dots) on the right of your address bar. Look for the VirtualShield icon, and right-click on it. Select the Keep in Toolbar option. That's it!
Pressing the Alt key will temporarily show this menu and allow users to use any of its features. The menu bar will be located right below the Address bar, in the upper-left corner of the browser window. Once a selection is made from one of the menus, the bar will be hidden again.
Run desktop Internet Explorer 11 on your PC, check out this page to find and open IE browser on Windows 10 PC. Right-click on the wide blank top bar above the IE address bar or border next to the address bar, you will get a pop-up menu, select Menu Bar to display IE menu bar.
Open Microsoft Office. Press Alt+V on your keyboard to open the View menu. From the View drop-down menu, select Toolbars. Choose the Toolbars you'd like to enable and click OK.
