Menu Initials Log: simplify online document editing with pdfFiller

The PDF is one of the most common document format for various reasons. It's accessible from any device, so you can share files between devices with different screens and settings. PDF files will always appear the same, regardless of whether you open it on a Mac, a Microsoft one or on smartphones.

The next point is data protection: PDF files are easy to encrypt, so it's risk-free to share any personal data with them. That’s why it’s important to choose a secure editing tool, especially when working online. Using an online solution to store documents, it's possible to track a viewing history to find out who had access to the file before.

pdfFiller is an online editor that lets you create, edit, sign, and send PDFs using one browser tab. It integrates with major Arms, so users can sign and edit documents from Google Docs and Office 365. Send it to others by fax, email or via sharing link, and get a notification when someone opens and fills it out.

Use powerful editing tools such as typing text, annotating, blacking out and highlighting. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud. Add and edit visual content. Collaborate with users to fill out the document. Add fillable fields and send to sign. Change a form’s page order.

Get your documents completed in four simple steps:

01
Go to the pdfFiller uploader.
02
Proceed to editing features by clicking the Tools tab. Now you can change the document's content.
03
Add input fields if you need any: pdfFiller supports text, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdown lists etc.
04
When you finish editing, click the 'Done' button and save or email your document.

A thank you I was looking for options for a one off issue I had with PDF forms and signed up to PDF Filler for the 1 month free trial. I realised shortly after this that I would have little use for this facility in the future but neglected to cancel the subscription within the free trial period. At the conclusion of the free trial period I was billed for the annual subscription, however I contacted the company via Customer Services live chat and without much trouble they cancelled the subscription and refunded the fee. Excellent service and very professional advisors.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
To insert initials to a PDF document, use the Insert > Place Initials menu. Click the Create New Initials item to add new initials or select one of available initials to place initials in the document. The Open Containing Folder item opens the folder where all available initials are stored as PDF files.
Make sure that the security settings allow form filling. (See File > Properties > Security.) Sometimes form creators forget to convert their PDFs to interactive forms, or they intentionally design a form you can only fill in by hand. If you can't type in the form fields, then the fields are probably not interactive.
Step 1: Load the PDF File. Open your pre-existing PDF form in PDF element, or you can choose to open an existing form template. Step 2: Recognize Form Fields Automatically. Step 3: Fill and Save the Form.
Go to Fill and Sign. Choose Me. Wait for some time so that all network calls are completed in the background. Try deleting the signature now.
Open the PDF document or form that you want to sign. Click the Sign icon in the toolbar. The Fill & Sign tool is displayed. The form fields are detected automatically. Click the Sign icon in the toolbar, and then choose whether you want to add your signature or just initials.
