Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

The software is really good The software is really good, haven't tried the customer service yet.My only main issue is that it deals with the text as line by line and not as a block of text, and sometimes it when editing the text it makes it smaller automatically just by clicking on it.This makes it a bit harder to edit at some times but will see if it affects me much or if I can find a way around it. The rest is really well organized and efficient.

PDFfiller Review I love that I can pull up any pdf form and fill in the blanks. I do a lot of work with the postal forms and this has been so helpful with keeping the information. I wish you could just double click on a form and open the file, but nothing other than that

Select all the images you want in your PDF, right-click and choose open with Preview. In Preview's Sidebar drag the images into the order you want them to appear in your PDF. Select/highlight all the images to be included in the PDF document; otherwise only a single image may end up the PDF document.
Hold down CTRL or SHIFT to select multiple files. Click Open. The Stapler wizard opens with the source files listed in the order in which they will appear in the PDF. The Stapler can combine all the files into one PDF or convert each to a separate PDF.
