Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.

Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

In the Signature menu, select 'Mixed Signature Routing' from the options.

A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to add recipients. Click on the 'Add Recipient' button to enter the email address of the first recipient.

After adding the first recipient, you can customize the signing order by dragging and dropping the recipients in the desired sequence.

You can also set the signing deadline for each recipient by clicking on the calendar icon next to their name.

Once you have added all the recipients and set the signing order, click on the 'Next' button.

In the next window, you can add signature fields to the document by clicking on the 'Add Signature Field' button. Place the fields in the appropriate locations on the document.

You can also add other fields like text fields, checkboxes, and date fields if needed.

After adding all the necessary fields, click on the 'Send' button to send the document to the recipients for signature.

Each recipient will receive an email notification with a link to access the document and sign it. They can sign the document using their mouse, touchpad, or by uploading an image of their signature.

Once all the recipients have signed the document, you will receive a notification and the signed document will be available in your pdfFiller account.

PDFfiller in a medical office Overall, very pleased with the program. Love the east of use, wish the file saving was a little easier. I like being able to upload patient forms that need completed (i.e. FMLA or short term disability) and completing neatly with PDFfiller, instead of handwriting, etc. I love the east of emailing or faxing directly from the program as well. The confirmation of receipt or email being read is nice. Some times the text boxes are difficult to line up or get placed properly but I really feel with more use I will become better with these small tweaks.
