I live in Philadelphia SEPTA is not running because of contract issues but my military ask that I complete a form and send it to them within five days or I would be subject to pay large amount. Let's be real, it happens to all of us, we made or receive a pdf, and we forget to sign it or add a line, even just correct a typo.
