How do I apply multiple conditional formatting in Excel?
1) Select all cells in the sheet (by pressing on the top left corner):
2) With selected range go to "Conditional Formatting -> New Rule.."
3) Select "Use formula" rule type, enter formula =AND($E1>30,$L1>100) . Choose desired format and press "OK"

How do I copy conditional formatting in Google Sheets?
Select the cell with the formatting you want to use and copy it. Go to the sheet in doc2 you would like to modify. Right click and choose paste special and then paste conditional formatting only. Delete the pasted sheet if you don't want it there.
