What's there not to like? I mean this is the best application I've ever had for making changes to docs, signing docs and editing docs.

I have 2 companies that I utilize one billing system for. PDFfiller allows me to edit the logo and name on the invoice to reflect the 2nd company. Saves an enormous amount of time and confusion for the clients that belong to both companies.

What is notary wording?
Notary verbiage is a fancy way of saying Notary wording. Oaths and Affirmations might not contain any written proof of the transaction other than in the Notary journal. The Notary form where the Notary wording is documented or written is called a Notary Certificate.
Can I write a letter and have it notarized?
Yes, you may notarize a signature on a document that includes handwritten paragraphs. A document can be typed or handwritten. If the notarial certificate under the signature is not included, be sure to attach a loose certificate chosen by your customer.
Can you notarize a document without notarial wording?
You may notarize a document that does not have preprinted notarial wording as long as the signer tells you what type of notarization is needed. As nonattorneys, Notaries cannot decide the type of notarization to perform on a document because the choice can have important legal ramifications.
Can you notarize a document without a stamp?
All 50 states require public notaries to place their respective stamp on documents as a means to finalize and authenticate the service. Without this stamp, the document is not legally notarized. Placing the notary stamp over the signature may void the document, negating the notary's work.
Do both parties have to be present to get a document notarized?

What happens to the notary if they notarize a document without the signer being present?

Where can I get a free notary?
Notarize Free at Your Bank and Wells Fargo & Co. to have a notary public on staff in most of their branches. If not, the branch manager, or even a teller or personal banker, can usually direct you to a local branch of the bank that has a notary on the premises.
Does CVS have a notary?
Your bank usually has notaries as well. Your pharmacy Many pharmacies, including Walgreens/CVS, may offer notary services too. The independent pharmacies are more likely to have them than a CVS but call to find out, and you may be surprised.
